Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns

• Unused product, in its original packaging
• Labels still attached (for clothing)
• Food products (dates) and hygiene products (miswak) are not refundable for health reasons
• Personalized Gift Boxes are non-refundable

How to request a return

1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at resi@salihastore.it
2. Indicate the order number and reason for return
3. You will receive return instructions within 48 hours
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or incorrect product

If you have received a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, we will fully refund you or immediately resend the correct product — at no additional cost to you.
